Why is money tranfers to a bank account always taken 3+ days to be reviewed? And what kind of issues can there possibly be if its going from your pal pal acc.to a bank acc?

Checking your PP account user activity and seeing if the account, account info is really yours, I would imagine. Just a formality.

You would think they already would know that its our account if we are always using the same cards and log in info. If that is the case then paypal isnt to confident about there security. Or the rumors are true that they lack on tranfer speeds on purpose so they collect interest but **bleep** alot of costumers off. This lack of speed is whats going to make me close my account and get a merchant account

are you sure they said review?

ACH ,they may say 1 day,but it takes longer if it is a small bank.

also if you transfer after 7 pm,then it is not 1 day,if weekend and holiday,add more days to it

Paypal is not a bank,it keeps our money in different banks,now if it just happen your money is kept in the same bank but different account-paypal vs you,then it becomes intra banking ,so,yes,it takes one day. 

don't forget it is bank to bank clearance at the bank level,once your bank gets the money,it has to deposit or withdraw from individual accounts,that takes time too ,even with computer.
