Just when i thought i made the right decision, i have been using my account for a while with no issues recently tried to transfer funds to my bank account/ keeps saying "There’s a problem Right now, we’re not able to transfer the funds to your bank. I am so frustrated at this point can't even pay my bills

Check you are using the correct option as it changed recently.
