I can't get to anyone to help with this hold on my funds from a sell I did. People keep giving me info like it's all reasonable. It's not reasonable. People said i have to contact the buyer. That's what I did...i contacted the buyer, and he sees nothing that says "I received it". In fact in his account, it says the package was delivered already. The buyer has no options on his end...i emailed him many times and he sees nothing on his end. Yet paypal says it's all on this buyers end and guess what the buyer has nothing to do on his end...he's looked many times. So what do i do now. I can' do a dang thing on paypal...it won't even let me do anything in the resolution center. You can't get anyone on the phone. What DO I DO! This is ridiculous. Please respond
