I couldn't pay with my bank so I wanted to remove it and add it again. I remove it successfully but when I'm trying to add this back I get this error: "Sorry, we can’t link your bank account right now."

We are sorry to hear you were unable to re-add your bank account. The bank account may need to be re-activated on our side, in order to use it on your PayPal account.
