Can't link my Credit Card

I have previously linked my credit to PayPal account: A, made a payment after which I deleted my account and created PayPal account: B for which I can't link my same credit card because it says it is linked to another PayPal account, any ideas?

If you didn't remove the card before you closed the account then only customer services can help you do so.
