Sold my game account, money pending 21 days

I sold a game account, but the money is pending for 21 days.

Is there a way to speed up the process?

also its said completed, should i worry if the seller could scam me and take back the money?

I sent the game account already.

Selling digital goods like game accounts are high-risk for disputes. If you cannot provide a shipment tracking number to prove you delivered it, the buyer can file a dispute to say they didn't receive. Let's hope they don't. You can go to the transaction and see if you can mark it "Processed" if you do not have the shipment tracking number. Once you do that, tell the buyer to mark the transaction as Received on their PayPal account. They can't do it unless you mark the transaction on your end as shipped or processed.
