Skrill Master Card

Hello, i just received my new skrill Master card but when i wanted to link it to my PayPal it doesn't work! PayPal keep refusing my card?! I am confused.... Help....

Did you call the card issuer to activate the card and confirm that you have received the card first?

Thanks for replying, yes the card is activated but no money in it

Have to have money in it so PayPal can do the temporary charge.

Thanks for the information, actually i paid on a website 54€ with my PayPal balance to exchange money to skrill money bookers so i can link my card but i think that this website scam me because i found really bad feedbacks on the internet about this website! So when i purchased the service the payment was suspended with paypal so i tried to cancel it but i cannot cancel it so after to days the payment was released to the seller and i opened a dispute hopefully that i can get some help to get back my money.. Sorry to hear that that has happened. I presume you don't have a bank account in common between PayPal account and Skrill account to transfer funds between PayPal and Skrill, then you wouldn't need to use a money exchanger.
