I sent payment from paypal to my bank account here in the philippines unfortunately i entered my debit card number instead of my savings account, the payment is completed but not transferred to my bank account.
Happened to me too, I sent my money to the actual card number from my atm card instead of my savings account number, its bdo kabayan savings. it says transaction complete, but didn't received any funds
