I used "Instant" transfer (in fact PayPal only let me use the "Instant" transfer, it automatically selecting) and it claims that maxium 30 minutes for money to arrive in my bank account (I use ING Bank, in Romania).
8 hours passed, and no money in my bank account...
Why you claim "Instant" transfer 30 minutes and after 8 hours still no money in my bank account?
That is a straight lie.
To claim that a service will do that, and do otherwise.
A lot of users experiencing this, who uses "Instant" transfer and not reciving the money in the 30 minutes mark, but only to receive 1-2-3 days after using "Instant" transfer.
So what kind of "Instant" transfer is that, when you receive money after 1, 2 or 3 days??????
The last time this was happened to me was 3 weeks ago, and I addressed the problem in the forum.
Nothing changed, still the same problem.
This is embarasing for such a big company like PayPal.
What are managers doing???
What are technical information officers doing???
