Sending PayPal money to debit card

It won't let me send my PayPal balance to my linked debit or my verified bank account, what should I do to remedy

Why won't it? What happens? What message do you get? Is your bank account confirmed? Is your debit card confirmed?

So I called the helpline and they said because I made a lot of transfers the security system put a hold on letting me cash out my money so they said I have to wait a day and try again
