Hi I'm Yonami. This is my first time to withdraw funds from paypal to my bank account and they said it will take 5-7 buisness days so I waited that long. After several days I recieved a notification that my transaction is being denied and the transferred money will be reversed. I used to transfer 1064 php minus 50php for the transaction so it will be 1014 and the transaction has been reversed so it means another 50 php for the transaction but I only recieve 764 php when supposedly it is 964 php. Where did that 200 php gone for?

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).


You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
