Ripped off conversion rate EURO TO POUNDS

I received 136.50 euros today and PayPal converted this to £94.95 UK pounds that is an absolute extortionate rate.

Surely that's an error?  I need to speak to someone about this, but it's impossible to speak to an Agent these days.

That would also include your paypal fee as well.
