Requested a check, withdrawal still pending

Requested a check to Jamaica, the Caribbean since August 25, still haven't received ..status pending. What do I need to do? What is causing the holdup? Any way I can cancel and refund to the sender so the sender can send by another company?

Check withdrawals to Jamaica are usually processed and mailed within 4 to 6 business days.

The customer service rep. said I have the option to stop it..so yeah but could have gotten more info if I had got the phone before it went to voicemail
