I sent a seller $94 and while the withdrawal was pending on their side after 1 day I reported to the resolution centre thinking that it would make the seller receive the money faster but instead it blocked their account and banned them which I did not want to happen. Now PayPal is holding my money and I have not received it back and neither has the seller. How do I get my money I sent refunded and get the sellers account unblocked because it was a mistake I made on my end.
