Refund from unauthorized transaction

Ok so I got an unauthorized transaction onto my AMEX virtual pay card (provided by GCash in the philippines)

I got refunded recently for the transaction though they said it sent to the card, which I cannot view balance of indipendently because how it works is it uses the same balance as GCash and not its own so I haven't recieved my refund even if it says so. I hope to get the money back into my gcash account soon because I need it to pay some of my artists.

This is something you need to take to the Message Center and discuss with PayPal, as we cant view your account all we can do is give you advise and helpful information.
