Recipient does not have an account

I sent money to someone who may not have an account. She has not responded. What happens in the process of sending money?

Hello @MidgeB,

 

Welcome to our Community Forums! That's a great question. If the recipient doesn't claim the funds sent to them within 30 days, the funds will be refunded back to you as a normal refund would be processed. You may want to check if you have a "Cancel" option on your end. If you do, you may want to hit that Cancel button so you don't have to wait the full 30 days.
