I transferred from Payplay to my brother's BDO account, the first time I encountered this issue was a month ago.
Transferred was successful then on the same day the money was gone (BDO). Then I saw it on my paypal balance again. So it was okay.
But on the 10th, I transferred some money again because I really need cash on Monday. I asked my brother if he withdraw it and he told me there's no money in his account anymore and I was shocked when I checked on my paypal it wasn't there. Where did my money goes???? I need it tomorrow to pay some dues. I hope paypal will check why this is happening. No email at all.
