Hi anyone having trouble transferring money to bank account?? I've been trying to transfer money since March 27. I do it everyday and still have the same error. I received the same reason " If your card has not been updated for a while, please update your card information and try again. Or, you may also select a different account to transfer" It's been 9 days and lockdown is extended and I need cash to buy some groceries. I don't have any other account to used. Card was updated. I've been trying to transfer money from my paypal account to my brothers debit card which what I always do. But it's been 4days and until now it says the same error. While on my email it says update the bank account yet it is updated. I don't know what else to do?? Any body has an issue like this? I don't have any other source to transfer money so I can get it cash from paypal. No 9ther bank account. Thank you ... View more

I transferred from Payplay to my brother's BDO account, the first time I encountered this issue was a month ago.  Transferred was successful then on the same day the money was gone (BDO). Then I saw it on my paypal balance again. So it was okay. But on the 10th, I transferred some money again because I really need cash on Monday. I asked my brother if he withdraw it and he told me there's no money in his account anymore and I was shocked when I checked on my paypal it wasn't there. Where did my money goes???? I need it tomorrow to pay some dues. I hope paypal will check  why this is happening. No email at all. ... View more
