Questions about account limitations

I dont use paypal a whole lot. But had some money sent to me for christmas. I went to go remove the money and that is when I found out that my account was limited. I tryed numerous times calling and waiting on hold only to be told that no one was available to help me. I have emailed and emailed and nothing in return that makes since. But the last thing I got was a message saying that my account is closed and I can no longer in the future have an account with paypal. I am fine with that I would just like to  get my money. And not have to wait the 180 days that they are saying I have to wait. It has already been over 35 days now. Can someone please help me in the right direction to get the money that belongs to me please. I would greatly appreciate it.

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, the account is in your legal name and registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.
