First of all i want to sorry all for my language, i am not english expert.
I would like to ask you. 
It was my first time i payout my money from account paypal to my bank account.
Everything is ok and i have a question.
I choosed send money to bank account. 
I put my iban and bank name on place.
After that i have to confirm that is my really bank account. Information says that there will be two small amount charging on my bank and i have to put them to the box and confirm.
So to be sure. Money was sent from paypal to the bank. But i won't receive them in this two days becouse first i have to confirm my bank account (information on the internet says it is 2-3 days to receive this two small transaction) and after that wait another couple days (1-2) to receive money i sent?

Yes, you should be able to withdraw before confirming your bank account as long as the name on your bank account matches your paypal account name.

The confirmation of bank account is mainly to allow you to use it to send payments.
