Long story short, sold a product, put in the tracking information, product was received, my money is still being held for over a day now, and I have contacted the person seeing if they could confirm the shipment was received on the receipt. I have a screenshot proving that they cant confirm on the receipt, and Paypal isnt automatically pushing it out of hold despite the tracking info saying it was received. I have tried contacting people on Paypal and every time it's a bot and not a real person. I'd prefer to get actual help than a bot tell me again that the person I know can't confirm it needs to confirm it.
