I am unable to transfer money in my PayPal balance to my debit card. I tried instant transfer and standard transfer (1-3 days) and nothing works. The message I get after I try to transfer says the transfer failed or there is a problem. I am wondering what to do as this has been a big problem. I have also tried to send the money to my brothers account to transfer it out that way, but it won't even let me send the money. Please help!
