Guys I have a very big problem I made a paypal account I put my bank number and my debit card number but I delete my account because I thought I made a mistake with my name.. But I didn't deactivate my bank and my debit number so now I can't activate my I ban bank number in my new account please what must I do

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

i really cant contact with them cause coronavirus etc.. look i just made a ccount now and i selected my debit card as the way to order things and i order one thing and all ok if i have only my debit card as pay method is bad?

Except nowhere did you say you were from Greece on this thread.

Paypal customer services should be able to help you remove a bank account / debit card from a deleted or closed paypal account so you can add it to your new account.

However yes you should be able to buy using a linked and confirmed credit card.
