Problem regarding card confirmation code

So I am having this issue where I am waiting for my card confirmation code to arrive, for the second time in two weeks waiting, and it still hasn't arrived!

I made sure to follow the instructions, like waiting for the required 2-3 business days for the null-amount to be charged to my account and the code to come with it, but it hasn't arrived at all... Is this the result of a PP bug or is my account just bugged? How long does it usually take for the transaction including the confirmation code to arrive? I mean, it says that it is "2-3 business days" but I am witness to the contrary... Someone, please fill me in on this one.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

Is the card one that was issued in Serbia?

Does the billing address of the card match your paypal account address?

Are there available funds on the card (for the confirmation process)?

Is the card in your name?

Is your paypal account in your legal name (and not an alias).

Is your card one that paypal accepts ie not a virtual bank?

Has the card been used on more than 3 paypal accounts before?

Hi, so the card wasn't issued in Serbia, it was issued in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the billing address on the card isn't the same as on my PayPal account, there are funds available on the card, the card is in my legal name, my account on PayPal is also in my legal name (not an alias), my card is accepted by PayPal, and this is the first account I've used it on... Hopefully this helps You better grasp the situation and possibly find a quick fix for this. Thanks in advance, Matthew
