Problem Adding a bank account

Hi all,

I am creating my first PayPal account and cannot verify my bank account. The status says my bank account is ready to confirm by entering the two small deposits under $0.50. However, there is no activity showing up in my bank account. I have correctly entered the transit number, institution number, and account number and triple checked each. 

Has anyone had this issue before? 

Could there still be a delay between 3-5 business days to see the deposits even though it states that my bank account is ready to confirm?

Takes 3 business days for the code to show up in your country as per link.
