I have a prepaid Visa card and I am trying to add it to my PayPal account, but it doesn't have a billing address. Is there any way for me to still add it?
Look for a contact website or phone number on the back of the prepaid gift card to complete the registration process of your prepaid visa. Once registered, with a billing address please try to link card again. You'll need access to the card account to get temporary charge with the 4-digit PayPal code to confirm the card.
