Personal Money On Hold

I’m so annoyed that my money is on hold! It’s personal account. Money sent from another personal account. Why the hold ? And for 21 days. Also why there is a shipping option for a personal account!? I had to change the status thinking it will help releasing my money. But still no!

You pay a fee and are subject to the new seller hold if you are selling goods or services regardless of the account 'type' that you have.

You can sell on personal or business accounts.

The only time you don't pay a fee is if you are receiving friends/family gift payments but its against paypal rules to use that option for selling anything.
