I’ve paid £15 to receive £300 and now that the payment is pending at 85% and I have to pay an extra £10. Why do I need to pay more if I’ve already made the payment.

While there are transaction fees associated with goods or services payments or transactions that require currency conversation, we'd never ask you to pay money to release the hold on funds you've received.
