I am very new to PayPal and this is the first time using it.I do digital arts and stuff (and I am a seller)

Recently I did my first delivery of digital art and the payment I received was on hold. So I went activity and tapped on "get money sooner" and changed the status of service to shipped, as there is no option  for status delivered. I have already delivered my digital art/graphics designs through social platforms as it does not require physical deliver. How do I get my money from hold? Help please..

With payments received for tangible goods Paypal would request valid tracking information confirming the item has been delivered to the buyer. As they can validate the tracking information online, once it is delivered they can release the funds. IF you have received the funds for a service / virtual or digital sale OR no tracking number is applicable Paypal would be unable to release the funds any sooner than 21 days.

If you mark the transaction as processed then the buyer may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner. This is not always available or guaranteed. 
If not then sadly its 21 days.

But the payment type is set to

 Payment type: Goods and Services 

Shipping status : shipped 

This won't affect my funds which are in hold right?

And I will be able to withdraw after 21 days?

Hi @Sherli, 

Yes, that's correct.

Payments received for goods and /.or services are subject to a holding period of up to 21 days or until we can confirm that the buyer has received the item using tracking information. 

As this you sold a digital item and, therefore, would not have provided tracking information, the full 21 day holding period would apply, after which the funds would automatically be released to your available balance. You would then be able to withdraw.
