Pending Payment

Recently I privately sold a product recently I privately sold a product to another person online, Which they send the payment via PayPal That holds it until the package says delivered, the package has now been delivered over two days and I have not received any form of payment and no pending payments are on my account at all, and I’m starting to get worried that this might be a scam

The transaction is inconsistent with your business model

You’re selling an item that can potentially cause dissatisfaction with customers

Your account selling activity was inactive for a while

You have had some claims open against you recently

Here’s what you can do to speed things up:

In your PayPal account, mark the item as sent. Your money will be available within 7 days of the postage date or 14 days for international shipping.

If your item doesn’t need to be posted (e-book, services, etc), mark the order as processed and provide details. Your money will be available within 7 days of you marking the order as processed or 14 days if your buyer is located internationally.

If you click into the details of the transaction after you update the shipping information you should see the release date.
