Paypal withdrawal pending after 4 days

I request withdrawal to my bank account at June 12th an today is 16 June, 4 days 4 hours since withdrawal request.

But even after more than 4 days, I didn't receive any money on my bank account.

What's wrong with paypal? usually it just took max 3 days after I request.

If a withdrawal remains pending for 72 hours, it may be as we will occasionally hold a withdrawal for further review. This review can happen for various reasons but, in general, is because our internal security system reviews every transaction before it's released in order to provide a safe online payment service. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on your Country and there may be delays on the transaction completion.
