Paypal tranfer completed but amount not in bank account

I transferred PayPal funds worth 3000php transferred to my account last august 18 and supposed to be, the transfer was completed on the 21st of this month but when I inquired my bpi account balance, the funds that were transferred to my account is not credited in my balance. 

 the transaction ID is <Removed> is there any way that it can be tracked? Thank you very much
