Hi, I'm having a hard time getting help from paypal support at this time and I'm struggling to get my latest Mastercard added to my paypal account. It keeps giving me an error when trying to save. My card works for online purchases everyone else except on Paypal and I've linked my Paypal account to important online purchases. Any advice will be appreciated. I had this problem via my iPad as I had a large balance I needed to put into a bank account. However the transaction was instantaneously successful when I tried again on my Android phone. Go figure etc. etc..
