hello I'm new to pay pal I just created an account and I'm in the process of confirming my bank after I successfully confirmed my card, i got a msg saying that I have been sent 2 small deposits less than 0.5 cents each and I should put the amounts in the blanks after checking that I successfully received them,
I'm looking at my bank account and I see that I haven't received anything . is it a technical problem or it's just that transfers usually take time to be delivered and I just have to keep monitoring my bank account?
in addition in the future hopefully when this is solved when I make transfers from my pay pal to my bank account and vice versa or from my Paypal account to a recipient. does the money always take time to be received in "few business days " or instantly and on the spot, the beneficiary part can realize that he got a new deposit ? . thanks.
