Payment "on hold"

I am new to the community. My case is simple. I sold some bitcoin at Binance to a buyer who paid to my Paypal account. The payment was placed "on hold" though I see it in my account (not in my balance). On the other hand the bitcoin i sold is being held in custody at the platform and the buyer can't touch it too without my agreement. The buyer was pushing me like crazy to release the bitcoin. But i refused as long as his money appear "on hold" in my account here. In the mean time it looks like I sold some tangible goods to the buyer and had to provide some tracking info. I was sincerely shocked as I did not sell any goods and there is no tracking numbers. From his end the buyer refused to confirm to Paypal that goods had been received, so we are in an unpleasant dispute. He placed a complaint with Binance that I am withholding his bitcoin insubstantially but the platform advised to wait till i receive the funds cleared. So, we are in a deadlock. Any advice?:)))

Did you get the money?

This is basically a scam. I have lost nearly 8k. Paypal and Binance know and they are not doing anything

hi

iam losing more than 2000euro in feb20.

iam surprise that this trick is happening to so many people.

its too simply to be this wide, because of paypal and binance lack of responsibility.

they know it,but they are doing nothing to prevent or solve it.

we should make a group to file this case.

we can not let them wave the responsibility and we can not let the scammer is scamming the new come.

how about we make a whatsapp group to discuss about this?

iam leaving my whatsapp qr code here.
