Payment on hold

Hi so I know payments aren't released immediately however it still gives me the option to add tracking information even though the parcel has been delivered and it does show as "Order processed" is it just a matter of waiting?

Select Order Processed and have the sender confirm receipt on their end of the transaction to release funds.
