I sold something on Ebay on 12 February 2021. The payment of £16.21 is still on hold in my paypal activity. Ive sold something on ebay since then with no issues with payment. I contacted ebay on 13 March 2021 and they said the money would be with me within 24 hrs obviously that didn’t happen. When i try and talk to paypal they say they can’t find the transaction!
