I have sold an item and received the payment on PayPal . It is a high amount than i normally would deal in . Now the payment is on hold and they say to ship the item which i will be doing and updating the tracking number. My question is when the item is delivered will the payment be released by PayPal or only when the receiver signs the receipt of payment i can receive my money. I am aware the buyer is genuine ....is there any faster way to get the money before i ship the item ? can he after receiving the item and not sign it ...still have my payment on hold ....please help me out as i have to ship the item on Monday ...
