Payment on Hold

Why is my payment on hold for 2 weeks when the item has been collected and buyer is extremely happy with it, she also paid for it over a week ago!

Click "Add Tracking" in the transaction details, select an order status and ask the sender to "confirm receipt" on their end of the PayPal transaction to release funds. If sender does not confirm, you'll have to wait the full 21 days for PayPal to release funds.

If a tracking number is added to the transaction, PayPal releases funds 24/48hrs of confirmation of delivery with courier or postal service should shipping is needed in your transaction.
