Hi all, I have received a payment from someone which shows in my account activity however the money is not in my balance. There was no outstanding payments as I rarely use PayPal- does anyone know how I can get this money?
Thank you for your post! If you see a transaction in your transaction history but the funds are not in your available balance, are the funds in your pending balance? If the payment is for Goods and Services, the funds may have been held.
