Hi I am new to selling and i sold an item but the money is on hold. I cant afford to post the item until the funds are released, what can i do??

I'm thinking PayPal would release the funds after the 21-days hold period given you haven't received any disputes from your costumers? Happened to me with my first sale last month. I ended up refunding the money and paying for fulfillment and shipment out of pocket. I very much wish PayPal to suck my erse.
