Traveling out of state and my card stopped working at 2 am, tried 2 different stores, stopped and slept called at 8 am when support was supposed to open and when I called the system disconnected me several times, I miss the days when we were able to speak with a live representative to fix our issues. Customer service has absolutely gone down hill. Now I do not have access to my funds and the supposed web chats are minimal to no help at all. 😞
