We have been operating our business with thousands of dollars through PayPal monthly for almost 2 years, today we have had payments held stating that "you're a new PayPall seller and need time to build a positive selling history". We've had thousands of orders via this channel, no disputes ever so I am confused as to why this is suddenly occurring? Has this happened to anyone else?
