Paying a merchant

How do I verify I received merchandise from a vender?  He mentioned today if I’d verify, he could get his money faster.

You can only do that if you click on the transaction and there is a confirm receipt option, if there is and you have received your goods and happy with them then use it but its not always there.

Its mainly for digital items or service.
