PayPal withholding my money

For six months now, I've waited patiently for PayPal to release my money. To this day, I still do not know why my PayPal account was closed. They never respond to my emails for some reason.

In that six months, I have changed my cell number and banking details. In order for me to update my banking details I need to get a PIN number sent to my phone, but alas, I have no access to my previous number.

I've reached out to PayPal regarding this matter and have received nothing but silence in response.

I need to update my banking details and cell phone number, but I'm being met with a wall of silence. Has anyone else encountered this and how did they resolve it?

Should I be looking at small claims court in order to get my money? Surely, PayPal are accountable for making every effort to allow me access to my money.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
