For six months now, I've waited patiently for PayPal to release my money. To this day, I still do not know why my PayPal account was closed. They never respond to my emails for some reason. In that six months, I have changed my cell number and banking details. In order for me to update my banking details I need to get a PIN number sent to my phone, but alas, I have no access to my previous number. I've reached out to PayPal regarding this matter and have received nothing but silence in response. I need to update my banking details and cell phone number, but I'm being met with a wall of silence. Has anyone else encountered this and how did they resolve it? Should I be looking at small claims court in order to get my money? Surely, PayPal are accountable for making every effort to allow me access to my money.
