Weeks ago (6/23/20), I requested to have my funds that I earned from online surveys disbursed into my bank account. About a week later I checked my bank account and still nothing. Paypal tried to blame my bank, but my bank assured me that they wouldn't block a routine Paypal transaction for any reason.
A week ago, they sent me an email first saying "it takes blah blah days to clear a transaction" (nevermind that the transaction was several weeks old) but assured me that they would contact my bank and track down the missing funds. I tried to follow up and they're ignoring me again.
Has anyone had an experience with an issue like this or now how I can escalate? I earned this money by taking very monotonous surveys over several months, so I'm pretty frustrated that they won't even give me an update.
