I'm from India. Recently I have received a payment in USD on April 10, 2020. As per the policies, the payment gets auto withdrawn from paypal within 24 hours of receipt. That day, I remember the USD-INR exchange rate was going around 1 USD = ~76 INR. However, I have received the Exchange rate: 72.96893493263725 for that conversion. Which is really surprising for me. It's almost around 4-5% charges for withdrawal. Previously the difference between actual prices and PayPal exchange rate used to be around 1 INR and which is acceptable. I tried to register a complaint via PayPal resolution centre which is closed due to COVID-19 situation. Is there any other way to discuss this with PayPal?
