PayPal message centre not responding to my urgent issue for about 10 days

About 10 days ago, I started to ask PayPal Message Center for help to CONFIRM my Bank Account to PayPal. Issue is that PayPal sending trial amount in €€€, but my account is in £££. Since that time it has become a NIGHTMARE. I have responses from different people who never read previous conversations and understand the issues. They reply and run away in a blink, that i never have a chance to catch them. I am fed up reading "Thank you for being a valuable member of our community"  I JUST NEED HELP!!! To connect PayPal account to my Bank account in order to make an urgent transaction. I am not able to do this because my Bank account is in £££, but PayPal is sending €€€. When I try to insert the amount of trial payment to CONFIRM the Bank account the amount is not accepted by PayPal site, as the amount which my bank has received is different to amount sent by PayPal, because the currency is different. PayPal blocks my Bank account. Only one person understood a part of my problem and reactivated my Bank account. I am still not able to input the numbers, as PayPal is not accepting them. Dont know what to do next!! I just urgently need to make an transaction to my Bank account! Does anyone know how i can be connected to a Manager or senior person who can solve this. Facebook is not any help also, as their automatic reply resent me to Community, but it does not connect me to a responsible person.

You can't add a UK bank account to an Irish paypal account.

 

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.


Advice is voluntary.

Thank you for reading about my problem, but I do not think the same. The funds that are coming to my PayPal account are £££ and I want to send them to the £££ Bank Account. I do not understand what kind of obstacles there can be?

Why has nobody from PayPal replied to me?

Why is this issue lasting for over 10 days?

Do PayPal really HELP?

Eventually had contact with PayPal representative, they called me. It happened that advice, that I had from Community was right!!

It is not possible to make a direct transfer from PayPal to my Bank account in any other currency than €€€.

Despite the fact that my funds in PayPal account are  £££ and my Bank account also is £££, when I would like to transfer the funds it would proceed in a complicated way:

PayPal will transfer £££ to €€€ and send €€€ to my Bank, then my Bank will transfer back €€€ to £££ with all loses which must accompany this transaction.

Why, nobody from PayPal HELP could not explain these rules to me for 10 days??? 

I wish that would never have any trouble with PayPall again, as my heart will not stand up to these trials.

PayPal message center is not responding. 

 

They even not storing my message to them.  The next day I checked, my previous message was deleted.
