??I got a refund from ebay who put it in my paypal account I then transferred that amount from my paypal to my bank BUT my paypal activity still says PayPal Cash Plus balance transfer is on its way estimated arrival mar.3 the money already showed up in my account why is paypal still saying its on its way ??
